Experience : 5 to 8 years

Role Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Instructional Designer to lead the development of online learning experiences. The ideal candidate will have a solid background instructional design methodologies, combined with a passion for leveraging technology to enhance learning. You will collaborate with subject-matter experts, graphic designers, and developers to create interactive, learner-centered content that supports various educational programs.
Key Responsibilities
· Visual Content Creation: Develop engaging learning materials such as storyboards, shortlists, assessments, quizzes, and multimedia elements.
· Brand Alignment: Ensure all visuals are consistent with DADB’s brand guidelines and tone.
· Collaboration: Work closely with subject matter experts, graphic designers, and video editors to align content with learning objectives.
· Feedback Integration: Revise designs based on internal feedback and quality assurance reviews.
· File Management: Organize and maintain asset libraries, templates, and source files for team access.
· Innovation: Stay updated on design trends and propose new ideas for visual engagement in digital learning.
· Instructional Strategy: Apply Bloom’s Taxonomy and adult learning principles to ensure content is learner-focused, goal-oriented, and pedagogically sound.
· Quality Assurance: Review and refine course content to ensure clarity, consistency, accuracy, and adherence to quality standards.
What You Bring
Qualifications:
· Education: Master’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Educational Technology, or a related field.
· Content Writing: Ability to simplify complex topics and create engaging content.
· Analytical Thinking: Ability to assess learning needs and evaluate instructional effectiveness.
· Visual Thinking: Ability to anticipate how learning materials will appear on screen and design with the learner’s perspective in mind.
· Attention to Detail in Repetitive Work: Comfortable performing routine content production tasks with consistent accuracy.
· Communication: Good communication skills to articulate design choices and collaborate effectively across departments.
· Time Management: Ability to manage multiple design tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
· Experience designing content for tech or STEM-based learning programs.
· Familiarity with any kind of LMS
· Experience in video-based learning and interactive simulations.
· Experience working in a multinational environment.
